All international shipping is done trough Global Shipping Program, some countries and items do not qualify for the program so if you click on shipping and payments tab and your country is not listed there then I can not ship there, all prices for international shipping are set by the program and I can not change them (I can not even change the invoice). For bigger items (usually any side above 12 inches (30cm)) that have to go to AK, PR, HI, VI or PO box check with me first if I can ship it and if I can do free shipping.
