3798 VINTAGE "type 712A" heavy duty DRILL We need some help on this one, not sure who made it maybe MILLARS FALLS? the tag is worn but it looks to say Miller......or something close definitely looks to say type 712A Was obviously used in an IBM shop somewhere near here (this is IBM country Owego/Endicott)and IBM did not skimp on quality of tools so it has to be a good brand and probably had regularly scheduled maintenance when it was there. Looks to have had a newer heavy duty super flexible ROYAL EZC 50W 16/3 POWER CORD and rugged plug put on it some time in its life.
