Vintage Southeast Asian Carving Wood Folk and 33 similar items

This listing is for a hand carved wood bas relief tray or wall hanging. South East Asian,, I don't know which country.. The scene is in relief,, it is a lovely carving with lots of different textures and patterns.. The scene is of work in the rice paddies I think. This wood carving is set inside a tray frame,, It can be used as a tray or as a wall hanging as it has a wire already attached. I think it is possible that there was a glass or acrylic plate over the carving which would have given a flat surface for use as a tray. There are screws through the back that look like they allow the top piece of the frame to come off which I think would open it up to slide a sheet of glass or plastic in if desired. Solid condition with surface scratches.. The entire tray size is approx 20 x 11.5 x 1.5. The inner tray is 16 x 10 inch opening. Weight is nearly 4lbs before packaging. quick ship non-smoking thanks!
