Tone City TC-T3
Sweet Cream Overdrive (Sweet Honey Style)
Based on
Mad Professor Honey Bee
Tone City - Sweet Cream Overdrive
The Tone City Sweet Cream Overdrive is based on the gorgeous tones of the Mad Professor Honey Overdrive Pedal. It has three simple controls and would have to be one of my favorite amp like overdrives I have had a chance to test of all time. These small pedals are built like a brick and have tone for days. If you're after an amp like overdrive you could leave on or stack with another pedal, this is a great choice.
This pedal feature three simple controls which includes Volume, Tone, and Gain. The gain control supplies the pedal with more or less overdrive depending on the type of sound you want. This is already one of my favorite pedals for an off-clean tone. It's simply fantastic.
All Tone City pedals are True Bypass and require a regular 9v Power Supply for operation as there's no battery slot.
Tone City Pedals are the creation of J.Wong designer, technician, creator of many pedals in China we will not mention here, many of them you probably own or heard of, mostly everyone has enjoyed his musical creations.
He is now on his own and these are his NEW creations fully hand made and with no restrictions to his genius.
Limited time special prices as introductory to Tone City Effects.MEC is a Canadian distributor of Tone City.
What we have found:
These pedals are heavy they weigh 3 times as much as a mooer, eno, xvive etc.Right of the start you can sense the quality. As we plug in and play these analog little marvels we are blown away in how they sound. Quantities are limited as these are NOT mass produced

This is another great entry in Mooer's micro pedal series. So far I own this one (the MKII Modfactory), as well as the Modverb and the Reecho. The first thing you'll notice picking these up is that they have an extremely solid feel + build quality, while also being intriguingly small in size. Aside from portability and pedal board real estate, the small size is also often perfect for the nature of the effect(s). To explain, many of them have effects that really stand out when you adjust them during playing, so I like to keep them on a desk / within hand's reach. For instance, the 'Liquid' effect on this pedal is really fun to hit a chord, then adjust the 3 parameter knobs in time to the beat.
The stand-out effects on this pedal (for me) are Liquid, Stutter, and Auto-wah. I use these pedals on my synths as well as guitars and they are a blast to record / perform with. (I'm very pleased with the other effects, too).
You'll want to pick up a power supply for these. If Mooer's is too pricey, I recommend the Snark power supply, with the daisy chain add-on (accommodates 5 pedals and is very cheap).
