University of Idaho Campus Buildings Limited and similar items

Scrimshaw framed wall plaque University of Idaho Campus Buildings Limited Series Collectible Item, #18 of 500, with artist signature Artist signed this as ‘gray’ on lower right side. I can see some surface scratches on the board and there is one small chip on the surface located at the lower right corner, I have a photo of it. The piece of scrimshaw is mounted on a piece of felt material. The wood frame is solid, does have some scratches, small nicks and has tight joints. Item is sealed on backside with brown paper that has a few light stains and does have a hang wire attached.
