2010 Mattel Barbie 11 1/2" doll with Changing Skirt Goes Up and Down. It starts out long and turns into a short twirly skirt. She was half-naked when we found her, so we made her a top. Her Hair is long with pink highlights. Pull the strings in her back and they pull up the skirt up. Very Good Pre-Owned Condition - See Photos for further description.
