Vintage 1940s Marked Signed Swank 50 Pat No and 10 similar items

My friends Father purchased this VINTAGE, Marked, Signed "Gold Tone Twist Design Collar Bar Clip Stay Holder" made by Swank in the mid-1940s. Purchased to wear on New Years Eve 1946, he wore it several other times through the mid-1980s when it was put away and forgotten about. Recently rediscovered, it has been safely and securely stored for over 30 years. With rounded ball ends, this Collar Stay Bar Clip measure approximately 1 7/8th inches long; the back is Marked "Swank 50" and the side is Marked "Pat No 75818". This is a VERY NICE Mid Century Modern Collar Bar. With sturdy, secure side clips, this Gold Tone Collar Holder quite HANDSOME with simple, ELEGANT twisted lines. This FABULOUS Collar Bar is BEAUTIFULLY crafted for a look that is SIMPLE yet SLEEK and SOPHISTICATED. Patent Number 75818 was granted on July 24, 1928. L. E. Baer Collar Holder was filed for on December 8, 1927 and assigned to the Baer Wilde Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The Patent was for the design of a Collar Holder - the term of the Patent was 14 years.
