Hook Fast Belt Buckle. A Hook Fast Can't Slip Belt Buckle. A Roughly 2 3/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches Rectangular Shape. Front has an Silver colored Art Deco looking Background. Nason and Bus in a Gold Colored Metal are front and center. Back of Buckle is Blank. Belt Loop is about 1 1/4 inches wide. The Hook Fast Company was in New York City until 1959 until moving to Rhode Island. This is marked New York so it's prior to 1959. These were popular at State Fairs and such. Each buckle was decorated with Names and emblems illustrating people’s hobby, trade or affiliation. This Buckle has had quite a life. Its Scratched Alot, And the Gold coloring on the Name and Bus show major problems. It needs a real good cleaning.
