Item description
Our stones come from a private collection that we have had for over 47 years. Each stone dictates the piece you will build around it. We have opened up our vault so these legends can be shared. The photo you see is the actual stone you will be receiving. This stone comes from Persia or what is now considered Modern day Iran. It has those beautiful gold tone and chocolate brown matrix and runs a Robin's egg blue, and is ideal for setting in gold or silver. This cabochon weighs 8.5 total cwt. and measures 13 X 21 mm. Persian Turquoise is extremely hard and does not normally need backing. Stones are cut and polished, ready to set. Ships in 2 business days. Contact Seller for other shipping options.
