Absolutely no returns accepted without contacting us first for an RMA. Returns are only allowed for damaged or defective product. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must include ALL original paperwork, packaging and tags still attached to the item. Without this we cannot return the item so it will be sent to back to you.
