1990 Butterick 4668 Busybodies Girl's Top, Jumper Leggings Sewing Pattern. Semi-fitted, pullover top has back neck slit, button/loop, dropped shoulders and above elbow or long sleeves. Jumper, mid-thigh or mid-calf, has fitted, dropped waist, shaped bodice, flared skirt and bows with knots. Leggings, above mid-knee or below mid-calf, have elastic waist. All have narrow hem. Size 5 - 6 - 6X Breast 24" - 25' - 25 1/2" Waist 21 1/2" - 22" - 22 1/2" Hip 25" - 26" - 26 1/2" Pattern is cut and complete - it is cut for the 6x size but can be cut down for the other sizes.
