Pretty vintage hat with abstract floral in shades of blue and green with a blue velvet trim. This hat measures about 7 inches across inside. It is approx 1 1/2 inches tall. No inner labels, has a satiny lining, not sure what the upper is made of. Great wearable condition. Regarding customs: You are responsible for all customs fees and charges.
