Antique 1800's Primitive Folk Art Wooden HAND PAINTED 13" Firkin Barrel Bucket
OLD MILK PAINT
Fabulous Firkin dating from the early 1800's! A great piece from my parents collection, they are from The PA Dutch country, Reading Area.
The old paint is early milk like paint that shows its age. Hand painted. Original ! There is a chunk of plank out that adds to the charm along with a few other bits of wood! Straps have moved a bit.
Really gorgeous piece of Folk Art.
Selling as is as found and no returns because of delicate nature for shipping.
Condition: Absolutely great old Firkin from 1800's!
In excellent shape considering!
Size: Width 12 "; Height 13"x 10". It's deep on both sides, underside and interior. View pics or ask for more and I will be happy to send more! I'm down sizing for a move and will be listing many early pieces from the family collection!
