Vtg 80s Victor Costa Floral Black Bustier Dress Corsage Shoulder Tier Flare Drop. Size/material tag has been removed. Size 6 is a guesstimate based on measurements. In addition, this dress fits my frame. I am asize 6, 5?6?. The top zipper part is a little snug when fully zippered on my frame. Research appears to indicate that the skirt is made of cotton and bodice is a cotton/poly blend. No stains or tears. Garment has been laundered. Please see photos for details and measurements.
