If item is sealed or new in box, the box hasn't been opened. If it is open box, it has been opened/tested as indicated in the listing. If you want your order shipped with a specific carrier, please send a message after you complete payment including that carrier and we will try to accommodate. Refunds - We offer 30 day refunds on all purchases unless otherwise specified in the listing. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the order will be refunded when received and verified it is the same condition as when we sent it. Electronics will have the serial numbers verified prior to refund being issued. Product must be sent back in same condition as when shipped.
