We only take returns because forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with. We are honest sellers for over 26 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item, so exchanges are never an option. Shipping info: Buyer pays $2.00 pro-packing fee plus media shipping cost from 28358 within the US (lower 48 states). Shipping weight is approx. 1 pound. Pick-up is welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
