Item description
This is a great example of the Victory pin that became popular during WWII. The red, clear and blue glass stones are arranged in Morse code manner, symbolizing V for victory. Appropriately, the pin uses the colors of the American flag. The tie tack is made of silver toned metal and is circa mid 1900s. Tie tack is approximately 1/2" x 1/2".
A Quick Look with a loupe looks like a couple of the stones have been repaired or reglued.
