It is a direct replacement unit manufactured by Dorman in China, with manufacturer part number 425462 and OEM part numbers 4522008042 and 45220-08042. This steering shaft is designed for the lower front placement on the vehicle and comes as a single unit. It carries a California Prop 65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm.
