You can spend many hours poring over this compelling antique book. It was intended for higher grades in the public schools and for private schools and seminaries. Condition: Poor. No dust jacket. The stamped paper boards exhibit significant wear, corners rounded and hinges weakened. The black cloth spine is mostly missing. Text toned typical of age. Torn off missing the bottom corners of pages 19 and 37. There are other pages with tears or corner creases. Condition: The photo is faded with specks and has edges broken off.
