New motor shaft has been shortened. This motor came from a company that built new pumps, and the shaft was shortened for the pumps they were building has a coupler that comes with it the shaft is 1/2" long x 1/2" dia.
New motor it is a new from a closed factory that kept new motors in stock for the equipment they were building has shelf wear and dust from sitting.
