(10) Ten Antique Black White Snapshot Photographs. Depicting scenes from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, including: The Empress Hotel, Butchart Gardens and an Indian Totem Pole. Photos are all blank on the back. All measure 4.5 x 2.75 including white border. Condition: These are real snapshots, circa late 1930s to early 1940s. They are not modern copies or reproductions. They are in excellent condition, having come directly from a family photo album assembled during a trip to the National Parks and other locations. Comments: The Butchart Gardens is a floral display garden in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia, Canada, located near Victoria on Vancouver Island. The gardens receive over a million visitors each year. The gardens have been designated a National Historic Site of Canada.
