Antique T V Limoges France Divided Handled Dish ? Gold Trim, Venice Pattern This stunning antique Limoges dish features a divided design with an ornate handle and elegant gold trim. Crafted by Tressemanes Vogt (T V) in France, it showcases the "Venice" pattern, decorated with beautifully detailed chestnuts and rich, hand-applied gilding. Marked on the underside with ?Venice Patent December [illegible] 1898??the final digits are faint but consistent with known examples from that year. Also marked T V Limoges France. The dish measures approximately 12" x 12" and stands 3 3/8" tall at the handle. The sculpted handle is truly exquisite, adorned with scrolling flourishes and finished entirely in gold. The rims and handle are richly trimmed in gold, with the gilding approximately 99% intact?a rare find in this condition. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, or other damage. A true heirloom piece, both elegant and functional.
