Power Stone for Sega Dreamcast - SAS - Sega All Stars Complete with the Case and Instruction Manual! The Disc is very nice, I can only see a few tiny marks on it if I get it in the light just right. The worst being the very center part of the Disc on the blue ring. Almost all sellers would call this Mint, Like New and 10/10 but I'm gonna call it Very Good and say it's a 9/10 just to be on the safe side. I play tested it for at least 5 min. with no problems. The Instruction Manual is really nice too but it does have some crinkling near the spine which you can see in the pic. The pic of the backside of the Disc may not show all of the blemishes due to lighting and reflection so it's best just to use it to give you a general idea of the condition. On this Disc in particular I couldn't get the camera to pick up the few tiny marks I mentioned earlier, it did manage to pick up the scratch marks on the very center of the Disc though. You can also see some dust specks that I'm not going to risk wiping off since the Disc is so nice, I'll leave that up to you if you so choose.
