This recorder was able to power on; however no audio was able to output during testing The Peak light would flash on the input being tested if the volume was turned up However that was all that occurred The display screen illuminated and settings could be selected. Recorder was tested without an SD card installed NO SD card included. Unit was tested with batteries NO power adapter included NO batteries included.
