It is for radios with a face code of 7BK0**, 7BL0** and 7BY0** only! (Yes, we are sure.) It has face code 7BK0 printed on the lens. This is the faceplate only. See the photos. It is VERY clear what we're selling if you read the ad and look at the photos. This will not solve problems with CD drives because there is no CD drive in it. Just a slot. This will usually not solve problems with a burnt out (or dim) display because the display power source is not built in. Just the display panel. The power source is in your ACM block, which you will be re-using. This is basically just intended for situations where your radio has physical damage and you need to replace the face to attempt to fix it. If your face is damaged because someone smacked it, trying to get the display to come on, that is not the kind of damage we're talking about. Yes, this will make your radio look good again, but you'll still have the burnt-out (or dim) display problem you had before said person smacked the radio... This will not necessarily solve problems with button lighting or operation, as that is often a sign of bigger problems in your ACM (block). This face does not have processing boards on it. All the processing is done in your ACM, which you will be re-using. This just has miniature boards for the button lights, as well as the switches that send signals to the ACM for processing. But the lighting is actually controlled by a board in your ACM. ** Some radios used a different ACM (block), even though they have one of the face codes listed here. You may be required to swap the bottom control board from the back of your face to this one. Otherwise your heat and/or AC might not work properly. So don't button up your install until you've tested it thoroughly. ** APPLICATIONS This will work in the following vehicles, as long as you have a 7BK0**, 7BL0** or 7BY0** face code on your radio now. (Face code is found in the lower right corner of your display window, in small white print.) This does not work in place of 7BK1, 7BK2 or any other face code!! (** = See notes in DETAILS section.)
