Overall good antique condition with lots of patina and good wear for a metal piece. Some of the gold paint or plating is peeling on the larger flat spots so do not be surprised if this section is missing the gold paint upon arrival. The mechanism to wind music box(the mill) is frozen but is all analog so likely just needs oiling/cleaning. May not be fixable Looks like a mixed metals possibly.
