Heavy Duty All-Stainless steel meat grinder attachment for KitchenAid stand mixer
Plus sausage stuffer kit
**Solid Stainless Steel**
Culinary strength. Solid cast stainless steel that is dishwasher safe for cleansing and sanitation.
Fits the Kitchenaid Vintage, Artisan, Classic and Professional models.
Include 3 meat grinding discs for a variety of textures. 3/16" for burger, 3/8" for sausage and 1/2" for chili and stews. Every part you need to mount and start grinding your own fresh meats at home. Cast stainless steel is culinary quality for frequent washing and usage. Includes heavy balsa wood meat stomper. Loading tray is approx 5" x 4" x 1.5". Weighs 5 lbs. Built to last a lifetime.
Sausage stuffer kit includes 3 stainless steel tubes and the 2-hole stuffer disc. Tubes are 1/2", 3/4" and 1 1/4" OD. Use the 2-hole stuffer disc when using a stuffing tube for link sausage. Use the 1 1/4" tube to fill meat bags directly from your meat grinder without the stuffer disc.
Stainless steel cost more but is heirloom quality. Standard size parts are always available from Butcher-Baker.
KitchenAid mixer is NOT included in purchase.
