Stewart Warner Instrument Panel
I cannot test this, but the speedometer does move if you shake it a bit, then resets to zero. The trip set will turn the last (red) digit only. Probably 80 or 90 years old - I?m hoping someone out there knows a thing or two about these is able to use and/or restore it.
