Hand Numbered: 2004/2400, and Hand Stamped with Justina Lowenthal's signature on the Hang Tag. the adorable bear is dressed in and country cottage style red and cream plaid dress with pleated collar and cuffs, cream bloomers, and a sassy straw hat with matching bow and blue flower.
