Pick-up is always welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time.
