All return authorizations are handled through email, no verbal returns will be authorized under any circumstances.
Authorized returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your original carrier-reported order arrival date.
Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 business days of RMA receipt.
Return/Exchanges: If you wish to have a different item, we require returning the original item (you can request to be refunded with store credit) and contacting us to manually process the new order with credit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and shipping from the original order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To expedite the return process in case of damages during transit, return authorizations will require a photo of the item(s).
Returned products may be damaged during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended to insure your return shipment. Otherwise, any damaged item may be not be accepted and claim must be filled with shipping carrier.
If you received free shipping on your original order and your order with return items is under the free shipping terms when recalculated, original shipping charges may be applied to your order.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between Nov 10 and Dec 25 can be returned through Jan 10.
