CONDITION DETAILS: Pre-owned condition. Everything only has minor wear. This is a misc parts lot. What you see is what you get. Things may not go together or may not be complete. The blue mushroom hut has both main pieces, however. Sold as is. See pictures for details

SHIPPING: All purchased made before 11:59pm EST will ship the following day. Items purchased Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday in which case they will ship the following day.

After 30 days we cannot honor returns or refunds. Also, due to new policies it has become impossible for us to offer partial refunds without return for items unless the defect in the item can be clearly shown to us with pictures for verification or insurance purposes. In addition, opened or used items cannot be returned for a full refund.

We do not consider the transaction to be over until we receive feedback from the buyer confirming the item got there okay and they are satisfied.
