Designs For The Needle counted cross stitch kit "Reindeer Weather Vane" #3101. Dated 1983. The kit is complete, but the package is open on one side--shown in picture. The kit includes 14 count Aida even-weave fabric, fabric for ruffled edging, DMC floss and graph, #24 tapestry needle, 5" round framing hoop and easy-to-read instructions.
