Frame measures 40 x 36
Very bold painting with a gorgeous wood and cloth frame.
Italian born artist V Varani was active in the mid century era of the 20th Century. He specialized in still life pieces and portraits and preferred oil on canvas as a medium. His favorite images were regal scenes of nobility or ballerinas, or table top still life scenes of food and wine. His work has increased in popularity as the svelte style with mid century decor.
