The Maker's Mark says- Japanese, ACF, Hong Kong. Research shows this is approximately Circa 1960's-1970's. Stunning Asian Garden Scene with figures under a great tree, framed in a border of ribbons small scenes that match the large scene. It is hand painted super colorful- green, blue, brown, pink, black, gray, yellow, tan purple. Due to the smaller size, it could be a luncheon/ salad/ dessert plate or a shallow bowl.
