Pumps with a strap

Comes from a smoke and pet free home
Condition: The exterior is fairly nice with a few scuffs here and there and the soles show the usual scuffs commensurate with it age. The foot beds are worn, scraped up, and starting to fall apart. They can be replaced if needed by a shoe repair shop. Please see all photos as they are part of the description.
The Selby Shoe Company in Portsmouth, Ohio reached a peak employment of about 5500 in its factory at Seventh (7th) and Findlay Streets before closing in 1957.
