Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on new unopened and unused merchandise. Authorization required. Make claims of damage or item issues within 3 days of receipt. Postmark within a week of authorization. Refunds are less shipping charges and 20% restock fee under normal circumstances. I do not provide paid labels.

MASKS or other Miscellaneous wearable items must not have any sign of wear, they must have all tags and plastic wrap included, unless otherwise stated clearance or used etc.
BEADS must not be unwrapped or used, paper goods must not be opened at all – plastic wrap must be intact.
PAPER GOODS are not returnable after the holiday has passed at all.
MISC GIFTS are to be in good working order and not used or opened.
JAZZ FEST POSTERS AND POST CARDS: Never returnable at all, not refundable.
BOAS/CLOTHING: I do not match clothing to anything not guarantee it will match your shoes, dress etc. fabrics, feathers may not be colorfast.
COLORS are named by the manufacturer and not by me and may not match your idea of the color due to the differences in cameras and computer resolutions and other software used to create photos for upload to the various websites. You may check the internet for variances you may expect in color names.

Items that come back in the mail as un-deliverable or rejected will have appropriate refund as if a normal return.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions and various software used at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.

We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
