Huge Mid Century Vintage Fat Lava Drip Glaze and 48 similar items

This is a large, awesome Mid Century Modern Pierced, lava drip glaze table lamp. Inside the pierced body is a fabric/paper cylinder lantern that lights up. The light bulb for the cylinder is place inside through the base and is turned on and off with a switch on the cord. The body may be ceramic over metal? It sounds a bit metallic if you flick it but the coating is a ceramic bubble, lava, textured with drips. the base and cap are wood, each wood area has some marks and scratches. Dimensions: to the top of the harp is approx 36-37"., to top of socket 30", lamp base (ceramic and wood top and bottom, not neck is approx 21". Condition: both sockets/lights working. Ceramic in good condition. Wood has some scratches. and, the ceramic body sits centered on a metal plate which is on the wood base. The body needs some turning to get it to sit exactly centered on the base.. Would be an unimportant thing to me , but to someone else it might be important so I"m mentioning it quick and careful shipping non smoking thanks! that also lights up on the inside. The ceramic is blue, teal and green. The base is made of metal and has some wear to the bottom edge. It is in great condition for its age, the wiring looks good and there aren't any cracks or chips in the ceramic. I took pictures in a few different lightings to give a better idea of the color. I think someone may have added some light blue paint on top of the blue part of the lamp? When I was trying to clean it, I noticed some of it was coming off, so I just did a light cleaning and will let the buyer decide if they want to keep the extra blue paint on it.
