We sell new and used items. If the item is sold as used, then it can be returned if it is in as-sold, resaleable condition. If the item is sold as new, then it must be returned in new and undamaged, unused condition, (e.g. if the item is factory-sealed then it must be returned factory-sealed.) If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has shipped, then the item must be returned unopened, in the original mailer or shipping box, for a refund to be possible. CDs cannot be returned. (Defective CDs will be replaced.) The few other items we sell that are non-returnable are listed that way. On all returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Items that qualify for a return must be received within 21 days of purchase date. Fortunately, our customers rarely request returns.
