This very rare and heavy blue and white beautiful plate depicts a delightful young Dutch boy walking his dog on a leash while the other three dogs follow along. There is a signature in the front lower right that I think says S.T. Dadd and backside features a blue backstamp that reads: Delfts Blauw Chemkefa 106 Handpainted Made in Holland along with 07 G embossed in the plate. ?
