Back of waistband is elastic, front is flat. Bottom has red bric-a-brac on top of embroidered cut-out ruffle, on top of solid shimmery reddish ruffle. Yellow interior. Machine wash, 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Fiberfill is 100% polyester. Lining is nylon. Girls 10. Made in the USA. Original MSRP $12 (old stock vintage price).
