Typical condition for a children's activity book of over 70 years, with wear chipping to edges corners, plus creases, scratches, folds, indentations, minor tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- some stamps have been affixed to the proper pages, some colored trucks!!! -- overall condition Good.
