Application: Apply 2 or 3 drops of Mega Black oil to the new tattoo then, with clean fingertips, very gently massage the oil onto the new tattoo evenly covering the entire area. It is not necessary to remove excess oil on a new tattoo but is advised to do so when it is used as a daily tattoo treatment or other uses.
