Wm H & S Silver plated Vintage Tea Pot ~ and similar items

This sale is for a Wm H S Silver plated Vintage Tea Pot ~ has what looks like a wood handle. Other marking on bottom are 0400 then 3 under. and improved metal. Is 10 1/4" from tip of spout to handle and about 4 1/2" wide. Sets up about 5 1/2" to top of lid. No damage found. I have not touched this and is as found. Check photos.
