This listing is for a 2.0 inch diameter, Polyurethane BALL with a 1 inch MOUNTING BASE This Polyurethane is easily turned on a lathe. It can be drilled, tapped and threaded. It is useful for any repair that needs to appear as if it is ivory. It has been used in making a black powder measures, in jewelry making, scrimshaw, custom inlay, pen blanks, reel seats, custom knobs, duck calls, and many, many more unique products. This material works easily and will polish very nicely with 3M automotive re-finishers polish. The ball has a flat spot to create a spot to epoxy the ball to the base. The off white swirls at the center, constantly requested by Pen Makers, are not consistent and are NOT always present. They are caused by the humidity in the air. I have no control over them.
