We only take returns because forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily.
