Additional tools that may be needed.... glue, scissors, and needle nose pliers You get 1 unfinished beaded craft kit with everything needed to create your choice of either red, clear, and blue candy cane, or red, white (clear) and blue stretch bracelet. Instead of white beads you get clear beads - which makes them look more like glass. These are so neat that they actually look like they are glass when they are completed due to the translucency of the beads. They are actually plastic though. A great craft for children to make for a Grandparent who is a veteran or law enforcement. In each kit you will receive: red, clear, and blue beads a stretch piece of line with a paper clip attached so when stringing the beads don't fall off. and a red and white pipe cleaner to make a candy cane in case you choose not to make a bracelet. MAKING A BRACELET String the beads in order... red, clear, and blue If you wish to add the charm do so now Tie in a knot twice and pull tight, but not too tight so it doesn't break. Add some glue to the knot so it does not unravel. MAKING A CANDY CANE Bend one end of the pipe cleaner over so the beads don't fall off. String the beads in order.. red, clear, and blue Cut the remaining pipe cleaner with either a pair of scissors or wire cutter. Bend the other end of the pipe cleaner so the beads don't fall off. Bend gently to form a candy cane. These kits are great for senior activity, terrific for children who come to grandparent's house looking for something to do during the holiday, home schooling projects, and even relaxation time. If you are planning on visiting an elderly person this also is a great craft to take along instead of just sitting and visiting.
