Little Lulu is wearing her red dress with her name inside a gold symbol on left side of outfit, top red pom-pom style hat and holding her cute gold purse on right hand with pic of herself on the front, stitch black face features, light brown shoe feet, hang tag attach to left hand and measures 16 inches long.
