This is an antique Executors deed last will for 1800's Businessman John Henry dated 1874. Some discoloration and fadining which is consistent with age. John Henry appears to have been an influential person in NYS being a investor in the purchase of Cortlandt Manor 1836, and creating a successful brick making business.
