Item description
Vintage original 11 x 14 in. "country of origin" Mexican lobby card from the 1950s fantasy/horror mystery, MISTERIOS DE ULTRATUMBA (THE BLACK PIT OF DR. M), released in 1959 by Clasa-Mohme, Inc. and directed by Fernando Méndez, in which two doctors make a pact in which they swear that the first to die will return - if possible - to tell the other how to get a glimpse of the afterlife while still alive.
Printed for the film's original 1959 theatrical release in Mexico, this lobby card includes an actual black-and-white photograph of a scene from the film that was affixed to the top left corner. It is unrestored in fine condition as shown.
